FINALLY! First Look At The Muppets (well, Kermit at least) filming at the Tower of London

Well the time has finally come Muppet Fans!

We get our first look of The Muppets (well, Kermit at least) filming at the Tower of London yesterday. It sure looks like a Wedding is about to take place. Is it Kermit and Miss Piggy's?

In one of the pictures, there is a banner that reads
' Kermit and Miss Piggy Forever' and part of another banner that reads 'Miss Piggy & Happines'. Another picture showed flags with Kermit and Miss Piggy's face on them just like Prince William and Kate.

However, if you look closely the Kermit in a few of the pictures has a mole on his right side of his face. So, is this the real Kermit or Constantine?

The Daily Mail just posted a great article, some great pictures and a GREAT VIDEO by FameFlynet and Fay Strang.  Enjoy!!!

Here is the story:

Off with his webbed (feet)! Kermit tries to gain entry to the Tower of London to steal the Crown Jewels while filming The Muppets movie

He’s been to a treasure island, had a trip to space, and taken Manhattan in the past.

And now Kermit the Frog has ticked another location off his list, as he was spotted filming for The Muppets' new film at the iconic Tower of London.

But hopefully the well-known amphibian’s visit won’t end in him being imprisoned, or something more gruesome.

In revealing shots, the puppeteer moving Jim Henson’s most famous puppet, has his hand on show, revealing there is nothing from the waist down on Kermit.

Protagonist Kermit, who is filming in the UK with the rest of the gang, is seen arriving at the Tower with a bunch of flowers in his hands.

It’s thought the flowers are a ruse for him to enter the former prison in order to steal the precious Crown Jewels which are of course famously kept there.

A red carpet had been laid leading up to the Tower and a number of extras, who resemble dignitaries, are walking up it.

The carpet is lined with crowds of people, who are cheering the arrivals on, while holding signs which say things like 'Kermit and Miss Piggy forever.'
A number of the extras waiting around are holding Union Jack flags, with the face of Kermit and Miss Piggy in the centre, mimicking the many flags with Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge’s faces on them that were used during the Royal Wedding in 2011.

So, as well as the film having a crime aspect to it, it seems Kermit will be tying the knot with his love interest Miss Piggy.

The latest film, which is called The Muppets…Again, also stars funny man Ricky Gervais who started filming the crime caper along the famous puppets earlier this month.

Speaking about joining the characters the controversial The Office star has revealed that he is both excited and nervous to be taking part.

He said: ‘Luckily I can sing, I'm not bad actually, I'm a failed pop star so I can sing.

‘But dancing, it fills me with dread and I have to sing and dance in this, I mean do some proper Hollywood numbers.’

The comedian is hoping that Kermit will be able to take some of the pressure off him, adding: ‘I'm pretty sure people are going to be watching [Kermit] the frog.

‘I think he's going to draw the attention away from me because he's got some crucial moves.

‘I have the biggest trailer but Kermit will spend some time in my sink.’

The film, which also stars Tina Fey, has a lot of live up to as the previous Muppets film, which stared Jason Segel, took more that £92.8million worldwide and won the Oscar for best song at the 2012 ceremony.
