On May 16, 1990, at the age of 53, we were all shocked and saddened to learn of the sudden death of a great man, Jim Henson.
On May 16, 2013, MuppetsHenson would like to once again honour Jim Henson with a Jim Henson Tribute Page from his millions and millions of fans worldwide.
MuppetsHenson would love to hear your stories on how Jim Henson has affected your life. What has he meant to you? Does not matter if it is a long story or short one, just a little something from all MuppetsHenson readers would be nice.
All stories will be assembled and posted here on a special
Jim Henson Tribute Page on May 16, 2013 for all to read and reflect.
Plus, all stories will be sent on to the Henson Family just to let them know that even though it has been 23 years since Jim left us, to this day, he is still a big part of us all and we will never, ever forget him and his work.

Hard to believe it's been so long since Jim was removed from our reality, yet his spirit pushes forward powerfully through the work he left behind. I, like many of us, was raised on everything HENSON and make it my business to help keep alive the style of puppetry which he developed. Thank you 100 x Jim for your artistic perseverance and positive influence on my childhood. May the wind be ever at your back, good sir. <3
