ABC Sets ‘Lady Gaga & The Muppets’ Holiday Special & More Details Announced

The 90-minute Lady Gaga & The Muppets’ Holiday Spectacular will air at 9:30 PM on Thanksgiving night, November 28, on ABC.

Gaga will perform songs from her “Artpop” album (the Muppets join her on “Applause”). Sir Elton John, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and RuPaul also will appear along with Kristen Bell who will be featured in a sketch with Gaga and the Muppets.

Gaga has a loving history with the Muppets. She once wore a dress made of stuffed Kermit the Frog dolls in an interview with German TV, brought Kermit as her date to the MTV Video Music Awards, and used pieces from Jim Henson’s Creature Shop on her Monster Ball Tour.
