and ends on Monday, March 31, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. ET
 
PRIZES  
One (1) Grand Prize and twenty (20) Secondary Prizes are available to be won during the Contest Period. 
 
The Grand Prize consists of: a trip for four (4) to the premiere of the upcoming film Disney’s Muppets Most Wanted (“Premiere”), which includes: (i) round-trip economy-class airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests (“Guests”) from the major international airport nearest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to Los Angeles, California; (ii) two (2) nights’ accommodation in one (1) double-occupancy standard hotel room; (iii) four (4) tickets to the Premiere (the “Tickets”); (iv) CAD $500 in spending money; and (v) a CAD $500 SUBWAY® Cash Card.  Approximate retail value of the Early Bird Grand Prize: CAD $7,000.
 
Each Secondary Prize consists of: a prize pack including one (1) DVD of the previously released film The Muppets and one (1) CAD $20 SUBWAY® Cash Card.  Approximate retail value of each Secondary Prize: CAD $45. 
 
The total approximate retail value of all Prizes:  CAD $7,900.
