San Martin, who brings over 15 years of experience in the entertainment, licensing and toy realms, joins Henson from DreamWorks Studios, where he was Head of Global Toys. During his tenure there he developed retail programs for in-house properties like How to Train Your Dragon and created strategies for the DWA and Classic Media portfolios.
Prior to DreamWorks, San Martin was at Warner Bros. Consumer Products. His resume also includes consecutive roles as Research Analyst, Associate Product Manager and Senior Analyst at Mattel; and as Brand Manager of Global Marketing and Sales Analysis at Pop Rocket (formerly Equity Marketing Toys). San Martin received a BA in Marketing from Loyola Marymount University.
