He said that details of Disney’s Hollywood Adventure are set to be rolled out at this year’s D23 Expo in Anaheim come August, but he's got the exclusive on some of the secrets Disney was trying to keep under wraps until then.
Let’s start with what goes… Basically everything. It’d be easier to list what is going to be sticking around, as that list is much shorter, so here you go – The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Rock ‘N’ Roller Coaster, Toy Story Mania and the Great Movie Ride. If an attraction is not in that company, it’s not going to last.
Yes, that unfortunately includes Muppet Vision 3D. No word on if any NEW Muppet attraction is being added in its place. It looks as though Disney will go heavy on Star Wars, Pixar and Indiana Jones projects instead.
UPDATE:
At this time, the departure of Muppet Vision 3D from Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Orlando, has not been confirmed by Disney. Stay tuned for more updates on this when they become available.
