ABC's "The Muppets" Nominated for Emmy Award

The 68th Annual Emmy Award Nominations have just been announced. Even though ABC's "The Muppets" lasted only one season on ABC, the series has been nominated for Outstanding Production Design for a Narrative Program (Half-Hour or Less).

Congratulations to Production Designer Denise Ann Pizzini and Set Decorator Don Diers. "The Muppets" will be up against "The Big Bang Theory", "Silicon Valley", "Transparent" and "Veep". 

Earlier this year ABC's "The Muppets" won an Art Directors Guild award.

The 68th Annual Emmy Award's airs on ABC on September 18th.
