Steve Whitmire "Muppets Most Wanted" Cameo?

Is Steve Whitmire making a cameo appearance in "Muppets Most Wanted"?

Muppet Wiki had a sharp eye in seeing what looks like Steve Whitmire in the background of one of the scenes from the Official Teaser Trailer.

Maybe they figured this was the best way to operate Kermit/Constantine in this particular crowd scene?
